I have a similiar problem. I have the original CD, Original CD10 Plus card and can't install the program on a new computer. I no longer have the serial number for the CD. It was on the registation card

It first I did not think it was a problem since I would be using different editing software. But without the Serial number I can't install the drivers!

I have emailed pinnacle several times without a response. All I want is the drivers for Windows 98 or 98SE.

Can anyone help? No one at pinnacle will!
