I don't know exactly how do do it unfortunately.
I've got the same problem.

But I've been told that the new DC10 codec is hardware based where the old old one was software based.

Why premiere can't recognise a hardware based codec is a bit of a mystery but, apparently, if you have a copy of Studio 6 or earlier you can manually copy the drivers into your windows codec folder.

So far I've been unable to get this to work.

If any of you can please let me know
