With 1st Arkansas Diamond Pageant

Quachita Tech College
Malvern, Arkansas
Registration 8am – 9am
Pageant starts at 10am
Age Groups:
0-11, 12-23, 2years, 3years, 4-5 years, 6-7years, 8-9years, 10-12years, 13-15years, 16&up
Compete Age Day of Pageant
3 Grand Supremes (0-3, 4-9, 10&up) Will win a Beautiful 71/2in.crown, Monogrammed Banner, a Backpack Full of School Supplies and a $50 SB (or $25 cash)
10 Division Queens will win a Beautiful 51/2in crown, Monogrammed Banner, and a Backpack full of School Supplies.
There will be a First through Fourth Alt. all receiving a Beautiful Crown, Banner, and Backpack full of School Supplies.
WITH 30 CONTESTANTS WE WILL AWARD THE DIVISION WINNERS CASH!!
General Information:
Each contestant will be required to compete in Beauty and School Spirit Wear. School Spirit Wear can be your school or a school of your choice(even a college) that you wish to represent. Use your imagination and creativity and decide how you would like that school to be represented. Casual only.
Overall Awards (0-3, 4-9, 10&up)
Overall Awards are not awarded as titles. You may win overalls and any title. Overalls will be Creativity, Best Personality, and Photogenic. PHOTOGENIC NOT NEEDED FOR SUPREME!
Admission to the Pageant will be 2.00 for Adults and 1.00 for Children. One parent may enter at no charge.
You are not entered into the pageant until a deposit of $30 is received. Deadline to enter in August 14th. EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE A CROWN so I need everyone’s registration information by the 14th. I want to make sure I have enough for EVERYONE!
A sibling discount will apply. Enter the first child from the household at full price and siblings may enter the Supreme Entry for ˝ price. Sibling discounts will not be honored if entered after the deadline of August 14th.
Score Sheets will be given out after the Pageant.
Judges decisions are final.
All Contestants 2 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the stage.

I agree not to hold Arkansas Diamond, the directors, staff or the facility where the pageant is held, responsible for loss or accident before, during or after the pageant. No bad sportsmanship or conduct will be tolerated from the contestants or any guest of the contestant. I understand this can disqualify the contestant with no refund. I agree to abide by all the rules set forth in this paperwork.

There have been a block of rooms reserved at the Executive Inn in Malvern right as you get off the Interstate on the left. If you would like to stay in Malvern instead of drive a ways the morning of the pageant, you can call 501-332-2487 and tell them you would like one of the rooms. Make sure to tell them you are attending the Arkansas Diamond Pageant. There are only a few so call as soon as possible.
