In the 'X-Factor' series Maclean puts a lot more focus on the 'throwing' action.

I like the concept but using that image results in too much pain for me.

My new action delivers a similar result (right elbow leads) but no pain.

Did you catch the view of Hogan from behind and how long he holds the right hand tray position? WOW The video has an 30 minutes more than they showed so there will be another new video in the house soon.
