Medreth,

I found that when I stopped overlapping my left thumb with my right hand which gave me just a slight gap between my hands my fingers that were touching before were not sore anymore plus when overlapping your left thunb with your right hand you "Can Not" keep the grip in the lifeline of your right palm as it should be, there isn't enough room for anything else but the grip. One NG CI that I had always carried tape with him to tape his fingers due to his fingers being sore a lot. If you grip the club with the proper Single Axis Grip your fingers won't get sore due to the slight gap between your hands. This gap maybe so slight that the expert computer couch potato can't see.
