Moe will lift on what are (for him) less than full swings. You see this at the very beginning of the Journeyman tape.

As the clubs get longer the swing gets fuller. Take a look at the driver swings about 13 minutes into the tape. What I see is a full follow through and then a 'rebound' to allow him to point the club at the target in his signature finish.
