Subject: To Remington re: Limiting your backswing

Seems your question and my suggestion were lost.

Something that works for me is the age old yoga relaxation technique of breathing out slowly on my backswing. This method controls anxiety and improves my timing and helps me limit my backswing. Many ahletes utilize the grunt (exhaling) to gain power in tennis, boxing, martial arts etc. Hope it helps you.

BTW Remington, seems you have experimented with SA much longer than I have. If you have any tips or advice to pass on please e-mail me as I would like to experiment with your methodology (your one day lesson). Unlike some other opinions, I do believe that there are some here that know a a great deal about golf but are unable to score as well as they would like for various reasons.
D.G.
