I think that one would serve a different purpose.

The 'levering' I'm talking about would require a rigid shaft between the hands. The 'push/pull' (or extend/pull) is relative to you (center of swing) vs. tangentially to swing path which I think is how the towel excercise sounds.

I have seen other Ledbetter towel drills. They showed Se Ri Pak doing the towel under the left arm drill a couple of years ago when she was still with Ledbetter.
