I don't know how strong you are but this statement implies that if you tried with your right arm to lift a 1000 lb. weight that it would necessarily move!

Does your car engine produce x lb/ft of torque about the axis of a golf club? Torque is a rotational force. Period. That is not the axis about which the torque is being applied in my description.

My right arm bends but not above the elbow. Does yours? Your statment was:

"keep the right elbow as far from right shoulder"

Not the body. Try as I might I can't move my elbow any further from my shoulder than it is. Feel free to correct your statement if you would like.
