Personally I need an aiming methodology to insure I am swinging at the ball. Due to the various motions of the right arm in the swing, the only right arm 'image' that has worked for me was of throwing. Unfortunately this also caused a LOT of pain in my right elbow in a short period of time.

When I set my mental image is of my left arm pointing 'approximately' at the ball. This has proved ehough of a refernce to satisfy my need for an aiming methodology.

If the left arm returns through it's same setup position (at least with IMA and NG) everything else will be close enough.
