Subject: Release

I wrote a few days back about having problems with my release and that my NGCI and one day school never adressed this issue. You need only to go to the NG forum and read all the people talking about bruised right wrists to see that NG does not teach release very well. I got the IMA tapes and the portion on release helped alot. I would post this help on NG forum but any mention of IMA would get me bounced like a superball.
