Erv,

I see that you have mentioned instruction from your NG CI. What I've posted in this message that you replied to is the swing thought and told to me by one of the NG CI instructors that I took lessons from. It has worked for me if I concentrate on it. I think the release comes natural from the build up of energy having to release. This is my opinion and not based on any scientific study.
