If it is done properly anybody can do it. The people that do it improperly have problems of course. That is why in the golf magaizine poll of people that had attended golf schools Natural Golf was the best at students actually improving. They beat every swing on the market. I have to agree with John on this one.

Of course if someone has a physical problem they may not be able to do the swing. Or a mental problem also.
