Had never seen any NG tapes or literature. I had the original IMA tape which wasn't very good. The current tape, much more a how too, was not available until after I went to the school.

Based on emails/and the tape available, I had practiced on my own for a couple of months before the class. Prior to IMA, I had tried the Heard Super Swing in October/November 1998 but that wasn't reliable and I developed elbow pain, so I went to IMA. Other than that, no single axis experience. I had just started up golf again August 1998 after a 7 year layoff.
