The link is a .avi file. You have to have SW that will play a .avi (like windows media player) and the file type needs to be linked in the OS to the SW.

If you run W98 it looks like this:

Windows Explorer - Tools - Folder Options - File Types - Video Clip

Pick the .avi video clip then edit. The actions should include play. To change the default player press the edit button on that menu.
