While I am certain that Scott teaches many including pros, I had not heard of any other instructors so I checked. There are currently no other instructors of IMA, at least not with Scott's backing.

My understanding is that Scott is open to potentially training other instructors if he feels the person can represent IMA at a level that meets his standards. Perhaps that is where the '4' comes from though I would not expect that to be the only requirement.
