I'm afraid this may just be opening an old can of worms, but given that there are many people here who are missing a lot of the context from late last year and early this year, I feel I have to chime in.

I saw some of the emails in question (they were publicly posted on the other forum for a while), and that whole situation got pretty ugly. This is NOT something Chazman is making up.

But also, when it got ugly, it got ugly on both sides. The difference being that Chazman kept his ugliness to replies on the board and private emails, rather than attempts to get someone fired. I'm not saying either party was "right" in the whole affair, in fact, both sides were probably "wrong". After a while, some of the people who were vehement "anti-Chazmanites" noticed he was trying to make amends for his part in the arguments and they also changed their tunes. But unfortunately there are several people who are still holding a grudge against Chaz and who refuse to let him alone. They also believe that anyone who writes something similar to what Chaz used to write must be another Chazman alias, and they won't ever cut him any slack. So he's still a public target every time he tries to post anything, and he's hounded pretty much wherever he goes. I think if I went through what he continues to suffer, I'd be quite a bit MORE bitter.

This whole thread is really starting to get off topic, and probably doesn't belong here on the board. I will not be responding publicly about this any more. If anyone wants to discuss it with me further, send me an email (I use a real email address in my posts). Better yet, talk to Chaz and the other parties directly. Chaz also uses a real working email address in his posts. Let's keep this to email from now on.
