Dave, From what I read, the grip is the BIGGEST (not the only) difference between SA and CG. That being said, I believe the only model that Suttie, Tomasi, and Adams advocate using the 10 finger grip and "holding it like a hammer" is the width model. The shorter backswing for a width player is also similar to NG, but as an arc/leverage player, you will probably find more similarities with IMA, as Scott appears to be in your same category, a taller guy with good flexibility.
