It is SA (more on that later) but it achieves it in a different way that NG and IMA. Take a regular grip and rotate it 90 deg. clockwise (from your perspective). You swing with a "dual karate chop" action. If you release before impact, you WILL go left.

I used it for about 3 months. Great to see the 'other' side of the course:-) I taught it to a friend at the range who almost NEVER plays or practices. He hit a pure 3 iron 200 yards in a few swings.

Some have reported pain. Not a problem for me. Left all the time, while still personally preferable to right was not what I wanted.

I looked for Jerry at the local senior tour event 2 years ago. he was not using his swing. Even on the tape he tells you that you don't have to go all the way to SA and he didn't even on the tape.
