I see from Scott's bio he was the head Pro at Happy Trails.

Happy trails is one of the first retirement communities in the U.S. having been set up originally by Roy and Dale Rogers as a mobile home park. It was out there before the Sun Citys were even a dream.

I plan on buying out there next year not far from there, at either Sun City Grand, or Arizona Traditions.
