I think a lot of Yates' motivation for the killing of her kids was from Woroniecki's teachings, and all that Bible nonsense.

However, I don't believe a stable person, even with those teachings (in this day and age, and in this western civilization) would just kill her children. Keep in mind a said "stable."

I almost believe that she had this in mind from the get go. Obviously she was a Christian woman from the start. Look at the names of her children; Noah, John, Paul, Luke, and Mary. All biblical names, and all she was waiting for was something to push her over that "edge," and give her a reason.

In my opinion, it could have been any preacher man. Of course, Woroniecki's teachings are ludicrous, so is the very Bible that he gets his beliefs from. It could be the Bible's fault, for all we know, or simply some unstable woman's fault, and any belief system could have taken her over the "edge."

I say it's ultimately her fault.

Yates is mentally ill, and driven by a belief she already had, and she was simply waiting for someone to say, "go ahead." Although, not in so many words.
