Subject: Did Florida kill an innocent man?

Saw the documentary tonight. Note the "third lineup" the prosecution investigator brought up during the appeal, which he neglected to mention to the prosecuting attorney let alone given over to the defense in the course of discovery. Not only would this have been excluded from consideration in most other states, the failure to disclose evidence to the defense would lead to dismissal. Leave it to Florida!
Note also that the only eye witness, who says she was badgered into the testimony at the trial, has had nothing to gain from her subsequent attempts to correct the record. Note how all of the witnesses subsequently changed their stories, even the victim's mother. Even her son agrees that the composite more likely describes the alternate suspect, who had actually committed other murders.

Another example of lazy cops who probably devalue black on black violence so much, it's like "who cares if we got the wrong guy. He would probably do the same thing later anyway."

The mother obviously would get no satisfaction from conviction of the other suspect, who was already found guilty of other murders.
