The United States has cut off oil pipelines from Iraq to Syria already, which is going to basically destroy Syria's already fucked up economy.

Also, there doesn't seem to be any sort of war plans for Syria. However, they're thinking of, or are already putting up sanctions for Syria. And we all know how well that worked with Iraq, right?

To me, after much investigation, this doesn't seem to be about oil alone, Paul.

Of course, a bit of it is. Experts speculate Iraq has the second largest oil reserve (as in a single reserve). Regardless of who reaps the benefits from the sales, if a puppet United States government in Iraq has them open the spickets full fledged, it will drive up world supply and down the cost of oil, and save Curious George W's domestic political ass.

Not to say someone doesn't have to sell it, like Exxon mobile. But I think this war was about a lot of things, like, war time politics, as well as setting a new empirical standard and making a point.

We will engage in warfare with whomever we can define to the American people as a threat. Now, preemptive strikes, instead of someone actually having to provoke us. When the bottom line is shown, I believe it's more likely the war hawks are simply taking this opportunity of nationalistic fervor due to 9-11 to take care of as many 'undesirables' as is possible.

Let's face it, an all out war in the middle east wouldn't be a bad thing for Curious George the first's little wet dream of "A New World Order."

Since now that the communist threat is diminished, the only thing that stands in the way of the westernization of the world is fundamental radicals.

Now, about a week ago, I was watching a little C-Span, and caught the post-war/defense financial debate. Seemed a little odd considering most of the Republicans and Democrats (except for two, I believe) said that we should spend more money on homeland security, and basically give as little as possible to the "liberated" folks of Iraq.

This is real. Just check out C-Span.

We're given these contradictory reports from both Blair and Bush saying that they'll do there best to clean up Iraq, while on the side-lines, most of these fascist hot heads want to pump more money into homeland security? This is just echoing civil rights and Constitutional violation. Even more so by Patriot Acts one & two.

Not only that, but there is talk of our troops' own pensions getting cut off by 1.2 billion dollars.

While we're supporting our troops and waving our flags, those vets are going to get shit on when they reach the age of sixty-five?

But we should be relaxing. Because all of this is cloaked by those mind numbing pop sensations in the middle east.

Osama bin Werewolf and So-Damn Insane are the new Frankenstein and Dracula, or Freddy Kruger and Jason Voorhees for the twenty-first century. Whoever they can hype up the most for us to 'boo' and 'hiss.' Then they can pat us on our ever so willing heads and eventually be here to solve the rest of the world's problems, while conveniently gaining something in return.

Muahahahaha!! This is an even better scam than Vietnam. Operation Northwoods has gone according to plan.
