I think trying to spark an honest reaction and turn it into something positive is much more challenging, and it's a hell of a lot more fun. Which has sort of been my goal ever since I turned about ten years old. You know, trying to get some sort of honest reaction from my step mom, to the church I went to, to the schools I went to.

Trying to explain to them that, "Yes! All that filth and reality you've tried to hide me from really does exist and I want you to see it from me up close and personal!" That's what you all have coming to you.
The world, specifically America, is not all that apple pie. If you raise your kids not knowing what reality is, and they don't look themselves, you're gonna have some stupid adults.

Of course, not all "honest reactions" are good, if the honest reaction involves murder. Check out what happened to John Lennon, Ghandi (murdered in India by his fellow Hindus), Malcolm X (murdered by the Islamic government I believe), and Martin Luther King.

It's like these great minded people were all killed by Tipper Gore, Fritz Hollings, Ted Stevens, Bill Nelson, John Ashcroft, and Dianne Feinstein on crack!!

I don't think anyone wants to see their honest reactions.

Thus, it's sometimes a sickness... if you know your history.
