Levis wanted to put it in one of their commercials.

Which is very strange. Levis has had sweat-shops in the past, why would they want a song about sweat-shops in one of their commercials?

Doesn't make sense.

Anyways, the song writer didn't want that, so the rest of the band sues him so they can make money. The song doesn't get to air, but the song writer loses lots of money because the rest of the band wins the court case.

Go figure.

But, now he's counter suing because the band went on tour with some other guy posing as him - the lead singer. And on all the posters, for the tour, they have the original lead singer on 'em instead of the new guy.

The ex-lead singer calls the band "a greedy karaoke band."
