Because, having seen most of the alternatives up close and personal, I'll take fixed elections over people being killed by soldiers smashing blunt objects over their heads multiple times simply because they live *here* as opposed to *there* any day.

No, I won't take shit with flowers around it vs. plan shit. That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard you say.

We are in a country where people are routinely put to death. We're worse than China. The prison population has grown to catastrophic proportions because people are being thrown in jail for flimsier and flimsier excuses.

We're in a country that is becoming more and more obsessed with spying on it's own people. We're fairly close to what the Soviet Union was. And just like China our prison labor is out of hand, and "free" people are thrown out of work.
This would show that we are reinstalling slavery in this country. There are U.S. camps where people are made to eat their own vomit to salvage their food supply, and, if not, will be severely beating, or starved to death.

That's not even the tip of the iceberg.

And I'm not complaining, those were just examples. A non-corrupt system that does not allow fixed elections would be a solution.

Those who wish to continue this fascistic state, with fixed elections, and don't believe there should be a change should move.

Just keep them away from my mutual funds. :p

I won't be controlling that mob. :P

Hell, I'm not sure I like the friends you live with either, after that email. Who likes having a great line like that stolen? That's just mean.

I think most of my friends like to see me direct my "evil energy" towards others who they may or may not like.

For instance; friends will ask me to debate with people they don't like if their world views or religious views just happen to clash. They don't simply want help, they want me to annihilate some of these people. Sometimes I don't feel like talking about anything. Sometimes I don't care.

And, so, I think I act as an amusement doll for them, and, at any time, they feel as though they can pull my strings.

In his case, you could embarrass him at any time. He doesn't want me to say anything unless I'm in the right place. Which I usually do good by not saying anything at all, but the timing was too perfect. He's over it. In fact, he talks about it as though it was funny to him at the time. Go figure, right?

I can't blame him for being who he is, and being spontaneously embarrassed by what I said any more than he can blame me for my little outbursts here and there. I just think we are who we are.

Although, I can blame him for stealing my line.

I'm thinking of adding another 'questionable' one.

I read it at the Den a few nights ago and everyone seemed to like it. :) So, maybe...it's just, it's a little more graphic then "Streetlamps Burning In the Night". So...maybe, maybe not.

(The Den is the Gypsy Den for those of you who weren't here when everyone was hearing about my life. I live in Artist Village here in Santa Ana...or, David and I have a studio and apartment here. We actually live in a large house that his family, in it's only nice moment, let us have...because his grandmother left it to him and after three years in probate court, they found that, no, they could NOT break the will. :p So, we live there, and everyone in the group lives there at some time or other. But The Gypsy Den is really where we hang out.
Think "Freinds" with a LOT more people. We should get royalties for that show...we were first...)

I mean, I did write in one of my songs about Rush Limbaugh getting a "cum bath" from his adoring male fans.

I just noticed you did that. Was this in reply to mine?

Not exactly a reply. I just liked the poem, so I stole that line. And because I knew what "fight the light" was in reference to. :P
