This nurse gets a job in a physician's office. She reports to the doctor, who begins to instruct her. Several hours into the morning, the nurse walks into a room and sees a man masturbating.

In horror, she runs to the doctor to report the incident. The doctor says, "Oh, he has a very rare condition for which we specialize in treatment. If he doesn't ejaculate every six hours, his genitals will explode."

The nurse shrugged her shoulders, thinking it was kind of odd, but figured that he knew what he was doing. She returned to work.

A few hours later, she walked into another room and saw one of her fellow nurses giving the man a blowjob. She ran to the doctor, and reported what she saw, asking: "Is this another patient?"

The doctor responded. "Yeah. Same condition, but with better HMO coverage."
