How can God be in my image when I don't know what God is, completely? And that's the truth from a logical prospective of God. It's not from what I just think.

That's like me saying I'm trying to build cigarettes in my own image, because I know they cause lung cancer.

It's like me saying that I'm trying to build things into my own image because I don't keep shallow prospectives that I want everyone else to follow.

That's religion.

If God is all powerful, and all knowing, and beyond everything, and beyond us, then he's (logically) incomprehensible. We will never (as humans) fully understand God. That's my opinion formed through science and well known facts about our universe, and all that.

If I wanted God to be what I want God to be, then I'd say, "God's my special little genie that grants me wishes," or something.

Just because you follow a book doesn't give you the right to throw that in anyone's face. It's your belief and your idea of truth. If I followed Alice In Wonderland, then I could say that I have a firm belief system. Because I follow a book written by somebody else. It's just another person's ideas.

Do you honestly believe that no one else can come up with their own ideas and philosophies about life, and God, science, and so forth? Does it have to come from an old story or an old recognizable book in order to get people's attention these days?

Do you believe that new ideas philosophies on life should be outlawed?

I don't understand God. Therefore, (ta-da) he's not in my image. I understand myself a little more than you do, I'm afraid.

Did I ever say I cared about what you believed?

Did I?

No. You assumed I did for various reasons. But, I never said I cared about what you believed.

However, I have said numerous amounts of times that I love to debate with people about anything.

Anything.

Music, politics, current events, RELIGION, science, God, Heaven, Hell, condemnation, truth, logic, fact, fairy tales, lies, and so forth.

I never said I cared. I debate. It's what I do. I'm the ultimate devil's advocate. I should have my own talk radio program.

You got me on one of the things, though. I wasn't thinking (exactly) "look at me," but I knew you wouldn't give me satisfactory answers, and I was tired of having to say the same thing over and over again.

Apparently I need to work on my reading comprehension skills, or you do, or we both do. Because it seems as though my response to your questions had nothing to do with how you explained yourself in the next post. So, I figured that was useless. You could not answer the questions based on how I think. Me and Neuminas have had several debates, and most of the time we end up reaching an equal librarian of some type. That's because he presents his stuff in a lot more ways, where I can make sense out of it. You didn't.

I would have (at least) excepted some sensible answers. You didn't deliver them.

Maybe I should get Neuminas to answer them, instead.
