I only got time for one post. I'll get to the others tomorrow, hopefully.

A lot of people would probably mutter, "God's kingdom" as a solution to the problem. But how is that going to fix corrupt law enforcement, the homeless, racism, and religious bigotry in government power? Those who say, "God's kingdom" usually will have a hidden agenda, such as banning things that might seem a little out-there, and so forth. How would that help? It's just another form of slavery. Fundamentalism of any kind isn't wise. You'll eventually have Pat Robertson or the leader of the Klu Klux Klan as president of the United States and some t.v. evangelist in England as Prime Minister, and telling people to send him their money so Princess Diana can heal them.

It's not that far away if we think fundamentally, "God's kingdom will help us." The U.S. dollar bill says, "In God We Trust." What has that solved? 4.5 thousand pounds of cancer causing plutonium? All kinds of fights and wars and suffering? People living on the street cursing God, and that thought that, "God no longer cares" plaguing their entire existence? That virus adding just another ounce of pain onto an already corrupt society and government?

We're all God-aholics. Every single one of us running around selfishly caught up in our every day lives waiting for something wonderful to happen from this God of ours. Even the atheists have it. Why argue the point that *gasp*, "there is no God?" Why should they care? Because, perhaps, they're trying to weed out their own guilt by getting rid of God all together, while the rest can function with their "sinful" ways.

"God's kingdom" hasn't, in this life time, fixed any of the problems. Those who strongly believe still think they should mentally control the majority with their shallow view points in order to have everyone zombied out by one. Even if we firmly followed the Bible, mixed interpretation will still be an issue. "Love thy neighbor" could simply mean to some, "love those who live directly next door to you." Not to mention the thirty some-odd denominations already within Christianity alone.

Fundamentalism is a dangerous mentality under any category. "God's kingdom," unfortunately, falls under one of them due to the way people think and use it.

However, the reason why I ask for an opinion, because it's always good to brainstorm. Think about what you would do if you somehow got into control. Think of religious history. Those who don't know the history are destine to repeat it. It's easy to point out all the problems, but how easy is it to fix them?

Think "God's kingdom?" Which one? The Christian one? Which Christian way? What about those who don't believe all together? Kill them? Start up another holocaust?
