My favorite ethnic food is spanish. I know, I know I'm Puerto Rican and I guess spanish food shouldn't be considered ethnic for me. There is so much more than what I've been raised on. I love going to spanish/Latin restaurants to try all the different kinds of spanish food from all over Latin America.
