Subject: Mayday Mayday - Bink, I need help!

Bink, I did a bad thing to my compute. I needed to upgrade my McAfee and in following (most) of the instructions, uninstalled my prior McAfee before loading the new one. The problem came when I was experiencing lack of brain function during the heat last week and when the uninstall got to the part about deleting shared files????I just said OK, do it! Well, you've got it, those were my .dll files and now I'm having problems.
How do I get them back? Are they part of my system files or would an upgrade of Win98 reinstall them?
I'm able to use the computer, but I sometimes get error messages and then crashes. I'm figuring that I did a bummer of job on my machine.
Please help?! Thanks kj
