Hi Steve,
no I did not know of the music side of things then. Only heard of it since I've been corresponding on the WF. I have downloaded some of it - GREAT!

I like the theatre, mi go long Raunraun blo Goroka, tupela taim. That was fun.

My job as a Computer Tech, was fly in, fly out. Multiple entry visa, 2wks maximum visit. So the most time I had spare, was the occasional weekend, Did that for about fifteen years. On weekends, I would wander off into the bush. So I have done the start and finish of many of the walks, as far as I could get on a weekend and back.

This used to send the Branch Manager into fits. He was always predicting, that some sort of dire fate would overtake me. Maybe, I walked too quickly for it to catch me. What I saw of the Country, has made me eager to see more. All my experiences have been positive, aspecially the people I have met. The local people have been fantastic, everywhere.
