Subject: Premium Surcharge for extra maintenance period

We bond many roofers who have maintenance periods in excess of one year. In order to add in the additional premium for the maintenance period in excess of one year, we need to put in a "surcharge" in bondpro. The only way we can do this is to figure out the amount of additional premium, figure out what percent of the "normal" premium this is and then put in the appropriate surcharge to come up with the final premium.
This is not only cumbersome, but looks terrible when printing out an invoice - in the "Please Note" section of the invoice it reads "PREMIUM INCLUDES 35.13% SURCHARGE"
Is Bondpro working on changing this letting us put in the actual rate/M for the extra maintenance period and in the "Please Note" section just printing "premium includes an additional premium of $*.** for the three year maintenance period" or something like that.
Because it looks terrible (35.13%surcharge), we white it out and type in the maintenance premium information before we send out the invoice. Extra work!
Does anybody have any suggestions or ideas on this? What is BondPro's plans on this if any?
Glenn
