Cracks appear in the shell, splitting the sides. The egg bursts, pieces of the shell flying everywhere. A small bronze femme stands where the egg once laid. She flares out bronze and white wings, bearing pearly white fangs as she hisses at the new world. Bottomless black optics search the terra for safety. As her orbs fall upon her mother, her wings begin to slowly lower and the hissing stops. Orbs narrow in questioning. She should know this creature but whom was it?
