He steps forward, his hair slightly tousled, the brightest thing in the whole city. His eyes are something like iron, and they could start an avalanche. His smirk is sickening, but utterly attractive. He's simply ... irresistable. Those huge gray eyes sweep the skyline, the city lights reflecting in them. His smirk grows worse, even more hideously sinister, but even more attractive. He's obviously not one to be meddled with, even though meddling with him is what you now want most in the world.

Personality -- He's usually very sardonic, vapid, shallow ... you get the picture. He had a very romantic side ... deep, deep down. usually he's either in it for sex, money, or just to make people feel bad.
Appearence -- Tall, handsome ... kinda pale. Nicely toned + muscular, blonde hair (usually messy), and steely gray eyes. He's really very attractive, and hell, I would have a picture if I had time to find one. I have to go to bed.
