Fortune, fame, I have it all. At twenty-three some women crave what I have been
introcued to, with my face on numerous magazine covers; my image presented on run
ways, flourished in the new modern fashions, and even my reflection stares down at me
from billboards. Continously clad only by the richest, most vivid hues, textures of raw
passion; garments resembling those of what one may suspect Goddess’ once adorned.
But what has this world introduced my once innocent eyes to has become a living
nightmare. A nightmare not even the strongest willed can tear themselves from. For
embedded within the absolute horror and sin, there is a sort of ecstasy in which your
membrane learns to crave. And without this ecstasy.. there’s no telling what your
mentality will do.
Drugs, sex, and self destruction. Beyond this porcealin complexion, these anima
constructed cores lay an asset to society, in which you’re directors sleep with you in
effort to conserve their value, in fear you may seek new authority the following morn. In
order to impress and remain basked in the spotlight you’re constantly freebasing,
smoking pot in the bathroom of a photo shoot; injecting cocaine in your veins to
remain on the edge. And your body fat? You are consistently reminded of your weight,
even within others’ eyes you appear healthy, if not perhaps too lean. And yet your
superior passes you the familiar powder to snort, it’ll keep you thin he promises, before
vigoriously shoving you amongst the extensive stretch of runway.
Why do I stay? Why don’t I quit? It’s far easier to question the unknown, if you’re
unfamiliar with the puissant embrace in which these factors can have on you. By now I
crave the luminscent lighting of the advertising world, the limelight in which the
epi-center of my origination; even aware of the fatale consiquences I may be forced
upon. Perhaps, in the long run, I will expire from these extinquishing acts, and even a
minute component of my essence wishes for it; and until then? My life goes on,
tediously waisting away, while I make the utter premium of this realm - enduring and
absorbing every positive aspect of my life’s journey along the way.
