.I press my foot down to the gas pedal as I zip down the road, the lowered top of my convertable allowing a fresh rush of wind to ruffle my curls. I squint through my sunglasses and slow, turning onto the road that leads to Life. I pull into a space and kill the engine, stepping out of my purple BMW. I straighten the strap of my purple triangle top, which I had carefully paired with my favorite pair of jeans and a thick leather belt. I reach back into the car and grab my other favorite accessory, my purple cowboy hat, and place it on top of my deep brown curls. I look around for a minute, my flip-flops slapping against the ground, before I jump back in my car and head for the Girl's Dorm.
