He hadn't smoked in a few hours. He was irate and had really no want of meeting new people who desired to make somewhat of an acquaintance of him. But he sighed, inhaling and then looking at her with a weak smile.

"Forgive me, miss, let me start over. I'm Nicolas Valensi. Nice to meet you."
