<BGSOUND SRC="MIDI URL" LOOP="INFINITE">

Just cut and copy that code onto your post. But first, you need to go so a search engine (I use google) and type in somthing like "Dave Matthews midis" and search through the sites. When you find a link to the song midi you like, hover over it. At the bottom of the window, where the url shows up before you click the link, check if the very end says .zip or .mid. If it says .zip, find another midi. If it says .mid, left click no the link and go to "properties." Then it shows a URL (if you are seasoned in pic finding this should be a cinch): copy and paste that to where it says MIDI URL and then VIOLA! You've got yourself a singing telegram, lmao.
