i freeze momentarily, shocked at her sudden attempt to flee again, now what? i gave chase and snatched at her arm again, latching on easily as neither of us could run fast in the huge crowd. i spin her around, along with myself, and march back to the stageside, holding onto her tighter and with more force this time - refusing to let go. "Come on, please. I'd like to hear you sing..." i put on my best version of a puppy dog face - not so good, but hey, i try - and smiled meekly. "Just one song..."
