although slightly surprised by the sudden - and sort of out of character - question, he doesn't skip a beat in his answering. "Yes, I do...very much." he smiles softly down at her, skyblue gaze flickering between her own visuals questioningly, hoping such a blatant 'yes' wouldn't drive her away again. he cups her face within his hands, rubbing his thumbs over her soft cheeks, half of her visage within the deep shadows, the other within a slightly lighter glow which emitted from the horizon. perhaps sunrise was soon - the hours were wearing away, but he was oblivious to that fact.
