Devil-femme watches the male depart, 'fore returning her eyes to the ocean. After simply staring for awhile, she lays back in the damp sand, resting her head 'pon crossed arms. Now her attention is turned to the dimly illuminated sky. The pyre slowly begins to die, now little more than a smoldering pile of coals, as she hopes someone else will happen by. She wasn't ready to return to her boring old dorm yet.
