I feel the same way alot, but somebody said to me that when it's cloudy nobody thinks the sun is out, but if you fly in an airplane above the clouds you see the sun is shining. Nothing is permanant. Your power of believing this just might allow you to once again feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. Life is painful, but it can also be wonderful if we are honest with ourselves and treat ourselves with compassion, but remember you are perfect and more beautiful than you can imagine just the way you are. Do something nice for yourself, and maybe find something that makes you laugh. You'll see that sometimes we just need to forget about ourselves for a little bit and all of sudden you just might realise you are enjoying yourself, life isn't so bad and either are you. Give yourself a hug and forgive yourself!
