The two girls enter the room. Mellody is in awe at the huge ceiling and beautiful paintings. When she sees the instuments, she exclaims, "Oh Scarlett, can't I work on those?"
"No, I don't think we should touch them, except the piano. I'll dust that. Can you sweep?" She hands Mellody a broom they had found in the servants chambers.
"All right..." Says Mellody, not too happy about her job. She begins to sweep the dustly corners, while Scarlett uses an old rag to clean the piano. "I suppose we'll stay here untill someone calls us, or untill this room is spotless!" Says Scarlett with a grin.
