Mike (other reply) is right, technically these are not available due to copyright reasons. But that said ...

Those maps; #6, #7, and #8 I recollect ... will certainly be re-printed by MMP, since they are also a part of the ASL map system. I wouldn't know when, but it probably won't take them too long to do so.

OTOH, if you wish to try downloading VASL, there are zipped graphic files of these same maps. Not exact, but in the words of those who should know, about as close as it is possible to get. Trying to scale these files and print them out to exact scale would be a challenge, but it is probably possible.
