The best way to start I guess would be to put up a post on here with some questions, and see what you get. I'll do my best as i'm sure others will to answer your questions.

I might also suggest trying a different scenario if you are a beginner. A city scenario is not the easiest to learn on. Try the alpha series on our scenarios page. It gives a much better "training" approach, implenting new rules step by step. It starts you off with just infantry to teach basic rules and maneuvering, then adds mg's, flexible setup, and wheat as you get in to the alpha-3 lvl.
