Subject: VASL problem

I'm looking for help with a problem I have getting VASL to display boards correctly. I Downloaded VASL and Java 1.3.1 from SUN and followed the instruction for installation. When I loaded the intro.log scenario or any other for that matter all I see of the map board is the top row. The rest of the map is black. The counters all appear in their proper places and I can view and manipulate the counters without any problem. I can get on line fine but again the map board only shows the top row. I am running Windows 2000pro on a 1ghz athlon processor with plenty of hard disk space and 512mb of ram. I have an ATI RADEON graphics card. If anyone has any suggestions about how to correct this problem I would be very grateful for the help. I have owned sl & asl for the past 5 years and have yet to play a game due to lack of an ftf opponent. VASL looks like a great way to get back into the hobby.

Thanks

Mark
