Rally attempts are not mandated activities, so the
game does NOT require it. [So you don't HAVE to
attempt to rally that 6+1DM ...]

Among players, it is courteous to permit your
opponent to roll for missed/forgotten attempts, if
requested reasonably soon after the rout phase in
question.

To assist in the rally phase, many of us have adopted
a stacking procedure that always places broken units
and malfunctioned SW on the top of every stack.
