Once the files are safed somewhere (anywhere) in your
computer or on a disk of some sort, FILE/LOAD_GAME from
the chat window menu will open a window that allows you
to go to the right place (folder, whatever) and select
the (set up) file that you want to use.

You will have had to have downloaded it first, however.
