Hey Keith, Jacks right the walleye pot wasn't dropped. Sharon wanted to right out more checks so we just added a total weight pot...lol just kidding Sharon. Glad to hear your all ready to go again next year. Congratulations on your 3rd place finish in the points for the year. It has been suggested that we restructure the points system for next year. I'm all for that. The part of it i would like to see changed is the 2 points for going to a club meeting. Keeping the points for everyone where we have some members getting 2pts, some 10 and then some 12 really makes it time consuming and very difficult to stay on top of it. I don't know how long ago it was but the 2pts for going to a club meeting was added years ago to try and get more turn out at the meetings. I don't think it has had an effect on it personally. What i would like to be considered is having it to where a member will not recieve their points unless the come to the meeting at the end of the tournament. In other words, in order to keep the say the 10pts for entering the tournament you would have to be at the meeting. I think that would make it to where those concerned about points would be there and those not concerned about points wouldn't worry about it, which is fine, but what it would in turn do is make it easier for Sharon and i as far as keeping the points. If they are not concerned with keeping their points we wouldn't be haveing to keep track of their points either. All you have to take a look at the points total for this year to see what i'm talking about. Have a good. Eddie
